Shipping policy
Sawickipedia Marine works to get in-stock marine equipment and supplies on their way as quickly as possible. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates available for your order will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders for in-stock merchandise that are confirmed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are generally processed for shipment the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
Processing times may be longer for special-order, backordered, customized, programmed, oversized, freight, or restricted items. If an item requires additional processing time, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Free Standard Shipping
Qualifying orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Oversized, heavy, freight, hazardous, special-order, and other restricted products may be excluded. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Domestic Shipping Options
For most eligible shipments within the contiguous United States, the following service levels may be available:

Expedited air services are available only for eligible products shipped to a physical street address. Rates and services shown at checkout control if they differ from the typical rates above.
Business days do not include weekends or carrier-observed holidays. Transit estimates begin after the order ships and depend on product availability, destination, carrier capacity, and weather. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Shipping Destinations
Available services vary by destination. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes may have different rates, longer transit times, or service restrictions. If no shipping option appears at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Oversized, Freight, and Restricted Products
Oversized, heavy, freight, hazardous, and regulated marine products may require special handling, a freight carrier, a commercial delivery address, or an adult signature. These products may not qualify for free or expedited shipping. We will contact you if additional information, scheduling, or charges are required before shipment.
Tracking and Split Shipments
When tracking is available, Shopify will send it to the email address associated with your order after the shipment is created. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages or from more than one location. You may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Please review the shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to update an address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
Inspect packages promptly after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 5 calendar days and retain the product, shipping carton, packing materials, and labels. Include your order number and clear photographs when applicable.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier. If it remains missing, contact us so we can help initiate a carrier inquiry. Carrier investigations and replacement decisions may require additional time.
